Rally to Outlaw Human Gene Patents

Join Breast Cancer Action and activists from across the country to stand up for women's health and against corporate control of our genes. On April 15th, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in a landmark case involving Myriad Genetics: can a corporation patent human genes -- genes that we all have in our bodies? Our answer is: NO!

Allowing corporations to patent human genes is wrong and is actively harming women’s health. When a corporation controls human genes, corporate profits will always come before our health.

Rally with us on the Supreme Court steps to take a stand against human gene patents.
