Tell your Senators: Vote on all three D.C. Circuit nominees this month

Thanks to the courage of senators who voted to change Senate rules, it’s now possible for President Obama’s three supremely qualified nominees for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit to get yes or no votes.

The first such vote, on Patricia Millett, took place on Dec. 10.  Nina Pillard was confirmed in the early hours of December 12.  The fact that Republicans stalled the vote until after midnight shows that they still are desperate to stall the process. We can’t let that happen.  There’s one more to go.  Tell your senators to confirm Robert Wilkins to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals – and tell them to do it now.
